Bug description: Date/Time Issue for November 2007
Description:

Adding 1 or 2 days to a string to time of November 3rd, 2007 reproduces
the same output. 86400 seconds = 24 hours.
Reproduce code:

echo date("Y-n-j", (1194062400 + 172800));
?>
Expected result:
