In line 93 of /sapi/apache2filter/php_functions.c there is a reference
to the outdated MODULE_MAGIC_AT_LEAST macro which results in a syntax
error when compiling with Apache 2.0.39 -- changing this to
AP_MODULE_MAGIC_AT_LEAST resolves the fatal compile error.
