Bug description: error operator is ignored with imap_rfc822_parse_adrlist
Description:

If the error_reporting is E_ALL and you use
"@imap_rfc822_parse_adrlist()", the error operator is ignored if the
addresslist is wrong.
Reproduce code:

<?php
error_reporting(E_ALL);
$address = 'mail1@example.com mail2@example.com';
@imap_rfc822_parse_adrlist($address, '');
?>
Expected result:
----------------
No output.
Actual result:
--------------
