Bug description:  not find php_oci8.dll

my computor is iis5.0,php4.1.1 and windows2000 professional
where is php.ini
extendtion_dir = c:/php/extensions
extension=php_oci8.dll
after...
iis restart  
error message print out 
"Unable to load dynamic libary c:/php/extensions/php_oci8.dll - not found
module"
