This bug has been fixed in CVS. You can grab a snapshot of the
CVS version at http://snaps.php.net/. In case this was a
documentation
problem, the fix will show up soon at http://www.php.net/manual/.

with the following setup in the php.ini file:
extension=php_overload.dll
and no other extension loaded (it still crashes with other extensions
:) )
php crashes on startup with the following message:
"Invalid library (maybe not a PHP library) 'php_overload.dll'"

4.2.1 release)
