From: pcdinh at gmail dot com Operating system: CentOs PHP version: 5.2.4 PHP Bug Type: OCI8 related Bug description: oci_num_rows returns wrong value when parameter 1 is null Description: ------------ OCI8 said oci_num_rows returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure. But when the first parameter is null, oci_num_rows returns null.
