Bug description: Wrong Path load extensions
Description:

Php loads extensions from: 'D:\Servers\PHP\ext\'
not from: 'D:\\Servers\\PHP\\ext\\'
Not 2 back slashes.
We are not in Linux to have 2 backslashes
The problem is that i cannot replace those 2 backslashes from anywere
i havent't found something to edit in any ini files
