Already there. POST the XML as type text/xml, then use
$HTTP_RAW_POST_DATA to get the XML. Then send that string through your
favorite XML extension.

There appears to be no way to load an XML string that was sent to a PHP
page with a content-type: text/xml. What I think could be appropriate
is a function xml_load_from_request(). Then, a client could post a
request without having to go through the trouble of form-encoding it.
