Ok, i actually can reproduce the problem...
<?php
for($i=1;$i<=200;$i++)
{
echo floor($i.'000000');
echo '<br>';
}
?>
This gives me the feeling that this is not a Bug?!

I could not reproduce this behavior with any other values.
