Hey,
Since 4.2.1 the touch-function have been broken, the filetime is no
longer set correctly.
This looks to come from the following patch:
http://cvs.php.net/diff.php/php4/ext/standard/filestat.c?r1=1.89&r2=1.89.2.1&ty=h&Horde=1923773a4dc6b3f3373b22c45e30b701
That caused the newtime point to point to NULL at the time where the
filetime should be set if touch is called with one parameter only.
I do not get the patch at all and suggest a rollback of this.
