Bug description: exif_read_data crashes on certain images
Description:

I have PHP version 5.2.3 and am getting an error on this image:
http://thedalzells.org/photos/test/IMG_2982.JPG
when I try to read the EXIF
data with exif_read_data.
I have looked at the other bug reports and they all say fixed in head for
version 5.2.1.
