bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.

Your answer is stupid. I do copied ntwdblib.dll version 8.x into
c:\php and c:\windows\system32!!!
I do know what I tryed to load two extentions!!!
Why you glitching PHP does not work???!!!
