There's no overhead in having both != and <> but many people are used
to one or the other from different contextsm whereas !== is a php-only
thing and one for that is enough.

Just my ideas for the equivalent of <>.
I noticed that it did not have for operator <> with the type
comparison.

return T_IS_NOT_IDENTICAL;
}
Actual result:
--------------
!= and <>
!== don't have equivalent with "<>"
