The problem seems to be related to Opera or (most probably) Apache. I
don't think PHP has anything to do with this.
Check your Apache configuration again.
Also, make sure you used the exact same URL in both browsers.
For example: http://localhost/test & http://localhost/test/ may be
treated differently by the server depending on its configuration.
