when insert a lot of rows, sometimes got error, and found
not really the value is too large for the column:
2 OCIStmtExecute: ORA-01401: inserted value too large for column
/usr/local/lib/php/DB/oci8.php 149 Array

$sql = "insert into Emails(email, URL, Status, createdDt)";
$sql .= "values
('$email','$URL','$status','$date')";
$res = $db->query($sql);
if (DB::isError($res) ){
die($res->getMessage());
}
$result = $db->commit();
