I've enable only mysql extension, I've in php.ini short_open_tag = Off, I'd like to output text into xml so when I declare a string "<?xml version=\"1.0\"\x3F>\n"; I've escaped the " by the manual but it's not working, even $xml = "<"; echo $xml; don't works too. Why ? I think that it's a bug.
