Untested patch, but since it's provided by the iODBC maintainer, it's
probably a safe patch to apply.  Extends functionality for iODBC only.

PHP ODBC support does not work properly against later versions of the
iODBC Driver Manager, so users are missing out on features that are long
since supported.
