Are you sure it's not those ':' chars in the name? (I can't remember
for sure but I think it's not allowed..)

long name (more than 64 characters) in form's elements(text, select)
did not appear in $_POST array after form was submitted 

Reproduce code:

Expected result:
----------------
all data posted to the $_POST array

Actual result:

$_POST is empty array
