I guess I had to fix this in 2 places because ./configure is built from sapi/.../config.m4 by automake, which I don't want to wrestle with. Note that I suppress the -a option if httpd's config file does not exist, so make install won't choke if it can't add the PHP module to httpd.conf. Useful for rpm packaging.
