Bug #18043: ODBC_Connect timeout

From: raffaelf@ieb.hu Operating system: Win2k PHP version: 4.2.1 PHP Bug Type: ODBC related Bug description: ODBC_Connect timeout odbc_connect's error handling mechanism doesn't work if the username isn't correct on the receiver side. PHP doesn't do anything until it times out, although the other side sends an "invalid username/password" message.
