 New Comment:

Please try using this CVS snapshot:

  http://snaps.php.net/php5.2-latest.tar.gz

For Windows (zip):

  http://snaps.php.net/win32/php5.2-win32-latest.zip

For Windows (installer):

  http://snaps.php.net/win32/php5.2-win32-installer-latest.msi

And I'd like to point out here that we DO NOT support any 3rd party
binary packages of PHP (or any part of it).

I'm happy that i'm not the only one. Sry for not posting details, but i
develop on the server but i'm not the admin, so i have no admin account
for the server.

Actually i use a workaround but i would happy if the problem could be
solved.

My workarround:
#
private function imap_utf8($string) {
  return iconv_mime_decode($string,0,"UTF-8");
}
