Description:
------------
The documentation mentioned to use --with-iconv, which has always been
the case, until 5.2.6. Now iconv is available even when the configure
option is omitted.
Seems the documentation is incorrect as well.
./configure --help | grep iconv
--without-iconv[=DIR] Exclude iconv support
--with-iconv-dir=DIR XMLRPC-EPI: iconv dir for XMLRPC-EPI
Reproduce code:
---------------
compile php without the --with-iconv option.
Expected result:
----------------
iconv should not be complied and listed a phpinfo() page.
Actual result:
--------------
iconv is complied and listed a phpinfo() page.
