You obviously have two problems: Badly setup environment and old PHP
version. Current PHP version is 5.2.6 and thousands of people are able
to compile it without problems on Solaris.

The previous issue i fixed it by including
--with-sybase=/opt/sybase/OCS-12_5
--with-oci8-instant-client=/opt/instantclient_10_2" in ./configure but
now i am getting another error
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target
`ext/sybase/php_sybase_db.lo'
Any help...

Why I should use these files which is meant for development.
Please try using this CVS snapshot:
http://snaps.php.net/php5.2-latest.tar.gz
For Windows (zip):
http://snaps.php.net/win32/php5.2-win32-latest.zip
For Windows (installer):
http://snaps.php.net/win32/php5.2-win32-installer-latest.msi
I want to use this in production.
