You need latest CVS of Apache. 2.0.39 is too old.

Compiled using Apache v2.0.39 and following configure line:
./configure \
--prefix=/usr/server \
--enable-bcmath \
--enable-calendar \
--enable-ftp \
--enable-mbstring \
--enable-sockets \
--with-apxs2=/usr/server/bin/apxs \
--with-config-file-path=/data/apache/conf \
