Please try using this CVS snapshot:

For Windows (zip):

For Windows (installer):
http://snaps.php.net/win32/php5.3-win32-installer-latest.msi
Please make sure that you try this with PHP 5.3+ and mysqlnd
(--with-pdo-mysql=mysqlnd , default). It might not work when using the
mysqlclient library (libmysql, --with-pdo-mysql=/path/to/mysql_config)
