The example code in chapter 17 HTTP Authentication with PHP is:
echo "<p>You entered {$_SERVER['$PHP_AUTH_PW']} as your
password.</p>";
This doesn't work as the key should be 'PHP_AUTH_PW' and not
$PHP_AUTH_PW
The correct code is:
echo "<p>You entered {$_SERVER['PHP_AUTH_PW']} as your
password.</p>";
