Is this bug report about PHP or FreeBSD or about the test being
completely bogus?

Description:
------------
On FreeBSD the posix_strerror(0) doesn't return "Success" as says
the documentation, thus the test
ext/posix/tests/posix_strerror_variation1.phpt fails.
Reproduce code:
---------------
<?php
print posix_strerror(0);
?>
Expected result:
----------------
Success
Actual result:
--------------
Unknown error: 0
