Fetch the libpq.dll from
http://downloads.php.net/pierre/libpq-php-4.4.9-5.2.6.zip
and place it
in the usual place.

PHP 5.2.6 is not loading php_pgsql.dll from de extension add ons
repository, at the file system.
PHP_INFO basic page does not recognize it, and all the calls for pg*
functions points failure.
Expected result:
----------------
PostgreSQL extension loaded, and working.
Actual result:
--------------
The pgsql extension is not loaded, with Apache 2.2.9 on Windows Vista.
