Reproduce code: --------------- ./configure --prefix=/user/dw/dwcvs/local --with-apxs2=/common/apache/bin/apxs --with-oci8 make make install cd /common/apache/bin apachectl start Expected result: ---------------- apache running Actual result: -------------- apache won't start.
