$_POST and $_GET arrays are not populating when i submit the form.Please
take a look at the php info http://80.248.161.105/mapstream/info.php.
Version : PHP Version 5.2.0-8+etch13

Form values are not populating :
Sample piece of Code from the file which handles all form request handler
and log it in text file:
$v = var_export($_REQUEST, true);
$this->logger->write("Request array are $v", INFO, "Controler Log");
1. Submit the Username and Password and click on Login Button
Currently Request array populated Inside the Log File :
INFO: Request array are array (
'PHPSESSID' => '8185386bb48b0e3c1aefd6ff4da79062',
)
Expected result:

$_POST and $_GET array should populate when the form is submitted.
Step :
1. Submit the Username and Password and click on Login Button
