Bug description:  Wrong equality determination. 

Description:

Simple EQUATION was calculated incorrectly when some "magic" numbers was
involved in.

Reproduce code:

<?php

if ( (0+12.44) == (7.44+5) )  {echo "TRUE";} else {echo "FALSE";}

?>


Expected result:
----------------
TRUE

Actual result:
--------------
FALSE
