This bug has been fixed in CVS.

in ZEND_FETCH_CONSTANT opcode handler, the opcode is modified, which is
a big no-no. In addition, 1 and 2 is used in
zend_resolve_non_class_name() instead of named #define constants. This
patch fixes those 2 issues:
