Using Sun Studio 12 C Compiler including latest bugfixes with Solaris
10/x86 on a Sun Fire X2200 M2 (2 Dual Core AMD Opteron).
Configure script runs with no failures/warnings. If (and only if)
using --with-mysql=mysqlnd compiling fails:
