Stop. What does this mean? %PHP_HOME%\build>make build.mk make: Nothing to be done for `build.mk'. What does this mean? Reproduce code: --------------- Download 5.2.8 and try to build it Expected result: ---------------- I expect a build which is not so horribly broken that it will at least produce meaningful error messages Actual result: -------------- %PHP_HOME%\win32>make Makefile make: *** No rule to make target `Makefile'.
