PHP Bug Type: DOM XML related
Bug description: node_name() don't have support for namespaces
node_name() method for DomNode class always return local name of a node
ignoring any namespace, attached to it. There must be a way of retrieving
full QName of a node, probably by giving optional parameter for this
function to preserve backward compatibility.
