Description:
------------
_SERVER["REQUEST_TIME"] returns time in seconds

It will be very useful (e.g. for calculate page generating time in ms) to
return micro-seconds fraction

or add new:

_SERVER["REQUEST_UTIME"] contain value from function microtime(true) of
request moment.
