By the way, since 5.3 hasn't been released yet, it would be great if

It is not currently possible for an extension that calls
zend_ini_scanner_get_lineno() to be built shared under Windows.
This is because the zend_ini_scanner_get_lineno() symbol is not
exported via the ZEND_API macro.
Please modify zend_ini_scanner.h and zend_ini_scanner.c, adding
ZEND_API to the prototype and definition of the
zend_ini_scanner_get_lineno() function.
