Yes ..
SMTP does not work with 64bit
For example ... if I use the windows 32 bit to activate the forum
account, for example, works normally.
Now with 64bit Windows not working to activate the SMTP mail.

The function of the php mail is not working for 64bit OS. Not tls, not
ssl.
