bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.

This is also expected behavior, remember that there is no February

this code return
"2009-03-02 00:00:00" instead of "2009-02-30 00:00:00"

Expected result:
