You have to allocate a color, before you can use it in the
imagefill-function. Please take a look at
http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.imagecolorallocate.php
Nevertheless, this is not a place to ask support-questions, please take
a look at http://www.php.net/support.php

fresh install over iis, + GD library.
