PHP Bug Type: DOM XML related
Bug description: 8859-1 encoding doesn't work
This goeas for all extended ascii characters
example xml
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1" ?>
<dates>
<date>Lördag</dag>
</dates>
returns the text "Lördag" instead of "Lördag".
