Bug #18247: php4apache.dll not in the installer

From: nhale@ahhsband.com Operating system: Windows 2000 Advanced Server PHP version: 4.2.1 PHP Bug Type: Apache related Bug description: php4apache.dll not in the installer Im running Apache on my server (Testing configs before installing FreeBSD) and when I install PHP for it, it says it cannot edit the httpd.conf. I already know it cant do that, so I read the install instructions.
