+Status: Bogus
Bug Type: Oracle related
Operating System: NT 4.0
PHP Version: 4.0.6
New Comment:
Mixed versions of php and php4ts.dll and php_oci8.dll.
Just grab the 4.2.1 package and make sure you replace ALL
the files with the new ones..and restart your machine after
that.

Environment: NT 4.0, Apache 1.3.14, PHP 4.0.6 (pre-compiled), Oracle
Personal DB 8i (8.1.5.0.0), IE 5.0. PHP is running as a 'CGI'.
I edit php.ini under c:\winnt to include php_oci8.dll and execute the
PHP script below in my browser:
<?php
$conn = ocilogon("scott", "tiger", "");
?>
I then get the following error message:
php.exe: The procedure entry point add_assoc_long_ex could not be
located in the dynamic link library php4ts.dll.
This is followed by the message:
Unable to load dynamic library 'c:\php\extensions/php_oci8.dll' - The
specified procedure could not be found.
PHP without extensions works find, as does msql.
I have searched the FAQs and bulletin boards for a solution but so far
nothing has worked. Paths where modules should be have been verified.
Anyone have any ideas?
