Bug #18272: --with-bz2=shared creates a broken bz2.so

From: neva@nevalabs.org Operating system: Redhat 7.2 PHP version: 4.2.1 PHP Bug Type: Bzip2 Related Bug description: --with-bz2=shared creates a broken bz2.so When using the --with-bz2=shared option, everything compiles like a charm, but the bz2.so module seems to be broken. All the other modules loads OK (have not tested all).
