#48516 [NEW]: session_start() crashs application irregular (hang up)

When I restart the apache (xampp-control), my application runs on a first visit. Sometimes it it possible to reload the page or click on a link with a similar code. Eventually (after 1-3 reloads) the application "crashs". The page loads and loads, but never finishs (I think I have no max_execution_time ..). I developed the script with php-5.3.0RC2-nts-Win32-VC9-x86.zip (15-06-2009) and when I found out, that session_start() is the reason for the crash, I updated it to php-5.3-win32-VC9-x86-latest.zip (10-06-2009) ..
