I suppose the Non Thread Safe version of PHP 5.3.0 doesn't support
Apache 2.2, because I downloaded the Thread Safe Version and it offers
to setup Apache automatically, including the needed dlls.
So, bug closed.

When installing PHP 5.3 using the VC6 x86 Non Thread Safe Windows
Installer, the apache modules (php5apache.dll, php5apache_hooks.dll)
aren't included in the PHP installation folder.
