Bug Type: Date/time related
Operating System: FreeBSD 4.2
PHP Version: 4.0.6
New Comment:
What is your timezone offset? date() doesn't use GMT if you're in
another timezone. Maybe your shell does use GMT (mine doesn't, but I'm
on linux...)
