What SAPI are you using? IIS7 with FastCGI?

Description:
------------
Correct php.ini is loaded with max_execution_time = 3600 and using
phpinfo() both local and master values are 3600, no additional ini files
are parsed. Still with 5.3. script execution stops always at 60 secs.
