#50033 [NEW]: Not finding openssl functions despite being enabled

From: ashley at zware dot co dot uk Operating system: Fedora 11 PHP version: 5.2.11 PHP Bug Type: OpenSSL related Bug description: Not finding openssl functions despite being enabled Description: ------------ Although openssl reports itself as being enabled in phpinfo (version OpenSSL 0.9.8k-fips 25 Mar 2009 ), I get Fatal error: Call to undefined function openssl_digest() and similiar for other openssl functions. Actually on PHP 5.2.9 as that is most recent FC11 package. SSL is working in apache with mod_ssl loaded and certificates are in place (self cert - its a dev machine.) Reproduce code: --------------- $a = openssl_digest($data,$method); Expected result: ---------------- output from the digest function as per docs.
