That same documentation page also states:
"This means that %e, %T, %R and, %D (and possibly others) - as well as
dates prior to Jan 1, 1970 - will not work on Windows..."

%e Day of the month, with a space preceding single digits 1 to 31
strftime should display the day of the month when %e is specified, it
returns blank.
Reproduce code:
